Our homeowners association has a very active social membership and is directly involved in the community. We have annual dues of $30/year per home to provide for some very valuable services to our neighborhood.  Below is a partial list of services provided by the Creekside Manor Homeowner Association: 

• Naperville Homeowner Confederation membership
• Insurance - Creekside Manor Homeowners Association has an umbrella policy to cover the members in case of legal action for the common property.  All current association members are covered.
• Social Events - These events help neighbors to get to know each other, and are a lot of fun. 
• Creekside Directory - A name, phone number, service, and address directory of all the members.
• Annual Meeting - Business meeting to elect officers and discuss the current affairs.
• Garden for Sign - Provides flowers and scrubs for the Creekside sign at Ogden and Benedetti
• Holiday Decorations for Sign - Provides wreaths and garland for Creekside sign.
• Landscaping for Cul-de-sac Circles and Creekside sign.
• Liaison for the City/Park District/State Services
